Capt. Auwal Musa Shugaba has extended generous educational support to students of Government Girls Secondary School, Day Bola, by sponsoring the NECO registration fees for more than 100 candidates, including beneficiaries from his JAMB coaching programme.
The intervention followed a visit he made to the school yesterday, where he held discussions with the examination officer and members of the school management. During the meeting, the school authorities revealed that a significant number of students were unable to register for the National Examinations Council (NECO) examination due to financial hardship. According to them, only eight students in the entire school had been able to pay their registration fees at the time.

Deeply moved by the situation, Capt. Shugaba immediately pledged to take responsibility for the registration fees of the affected students. He subsequently directed his Special Adviser, Mal Jabir Abdullahi, to begin the payment process without delay and ensure that the intervention reaches all eligible but less privileged students.
The gesture, which covers over one hundred students, was described by the school management as timely and impactful, coming at a critical period when many candidates risked being excluded from the examination due to their inability to afford the fees.

They further noted that this was not the first time Capt. Shugaba had supported students of the school and other beneficiaries. In addition to the NECO sponsorship, he has previously funded JAMB registration for students, sponsored CBT mock examinations, and provided other academic assistance through his coaching initiatives.
The school authorities and beneficiaries expressed profound appreciation for his consistent commitment to education and youth development, describing him as a pillar of support for underprivileged students striving for academic success.
They prayed for continued blessings, guidance, and success for him, asking Almighty Allah (SWT) to reward his efforts and further strengthen his capacity to impact more lives positively.
