ExamGuide is a computer based testing application designed to enable students prepare adequately and pass exams in one sitting. They come in two forms, you can either subscribe on the website and practice (ExamGuide Online) or download and install the application on your device (ExamGuide Offline)There is an application for both windows and android devices as such ExamGuide Practice app can work on desktop, laptop, phones, tablets
You can download ExamGuide (Offline) to your device from the website, There are many product options, choose the one made for the exam you are preparing for. If you desire to use it on Computer, click on windows pc then desktop app to download, if on phone or tablet you click on Android app to download. If you prefer to study online, On the ExamGuide product drop down button, choose ExamGuide online, Subscribe and start practicing
To activate ExamGuide (Offline), you have to download and install the application first. After installation, Launch the software, Click on activate and then click on buy activation key, You will see all Purchase information from there. Online payment is automated so we strongly advise you make use of that option. However if you transfer to our account, we will still respond to you. If you make use of transfer option, do send us your details after payment. You can do this by filling the form you will see where you got the account details or you can send a receipt of the transaction and your product key to us on whatsapp. For ExamGuide online, you can only make subscription payment online.
Download and install the application of interest from google playstore, Launch the app, set profile to country you are paying from, Click on activate and then click on buy. Select Google pay option and complete payment. The app will be automatically activated and the activation key will as well be sent to the email on your profile.
This depends on the activation path you choose.
1. If you have a pin, you can either select to activate with internet or sms, with sms, you do not need internet for activation. If you paid to us and sent your details and we have sent an Activation key to you, You will not need internet for Activation. In all, internet connection is not neccessary for activation as there are other paths to it.
Yes ExamGuide can completely work offline but there are some functions you need to come online to take part in, for example the Challenge, you need to be online at the point of starting and submitting. However if you do not want to partake in it, you can use your software without bothering about coming online
ExamGuide License costs N2000 and a license can activate only one product on a device. However we have discounts for bulk purchases, depending on quantity the discount can be as much as 50%
Product key is a 15 character alpha-numeric code usually found on the home page once the ExamGuide Software is launched
PIN is a 10 digit alpha-numeric code concealed in a scratch card that is given to you when you purchase from a reseller.You are to use this pin to generate an activation key to be used for activating the app. If you have been given an activation key, you do not need a PIN. NB We do not sell CD, they are sells materials, the only thing you buy from a reseller is the scratch card that contains the PIN.You can either download the application from the website (strongly recommended) or ask for a CD containing the set-up
An activation key is a 12 character aplh-numeric code that you receive from us when you pay with your card online or when you make a transfer/deposit and send us your payment details. You do not need a pin when you have an Activation Key. When you receive activation key,in most times the application automatically activates but should that not be the case, all you do is click on activate and click on activate with key, enter the key and proceed.
You are probably changing year for only English Language. To practice any year you have to change the settings for the subject. If you select more than one subject to practice, the cusor stays on the first which in most cases is English Language, so after changing the year for the first subject, move the cursor to other subjects and change the years as well.
When you install/transfer ExamGuide Application to another device, it will generate another product key different from the one you used in getting the Activation key and as such, the activation key you have will not work on the new device. Activation Keys are tied to product keys which is different for each device. The only way to use ExamGuide on a new device is to get an activation key for the device.
ExamGuide activation/licence is valid for the life time of the device. Should it stop working at any point, all you need to do is to re-enter the activation key and it will continue working. However if you change HARD DISK OR OS of the device for windows application or you reset/format the device for android application, the activation key will no longer work. For windows application, Formating your device will not alter the product key and as such your old activation key will still work on the application as long as you did not change your hard disk or OS. fOR ANDROID APPLICATION, Formatting/Resetting your device will always change the product key and as such the old activation key will no longer wirk on it

We have new versions every year, and this is also treated as a separate product. In as much as the version you have activated will not stop working, you can not upgrade it to a newer version.
For example, if you activate ExamGuide 2024, if we have an update within ExamGuide 2024, you can always update the application, but once ExamGuide 2025 is released, you will not have access to update again. At this point, you can either upgrade to the newer version or keep using what you have.
We designed our product with students in mind as the customers, and there are new sets of students yearly.
Having the updated version of the software will ensure you have access to all the content in the application. Every year we make additions to the Apps content and fix any error that might have been discovered from the previous version. Having the latest application is also the only way to participate in the present year challenge with your peers.
