About SMU?

Located in Akokoland and sitting at 2, Etioro-Afaa Road, about 7 km from Ikare-Akoko, the Sam Maris University offers a serene setting for learning, with modern learning facilities and high-quality infrastructure to ensure that students receive a world-class education.

However, the SMU IJMB/JUPEB Programme is specially designed for those who wish to gain entry into the university’s undergraduate courses, but aim to enter the university at 200 Level through JAMB Direct Entry.

This pathway opens doors to many academic disciplines.

So, to be considered eligible to apply for this admission route, candidates must;

* Have credit passes in five O’ Level subjects (These must include English, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects.

Please note that the required Results can come from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, and the maximum sittings for these results are two.

The application fee is N7,500, and it's to be paid to the university’s account.

• Visit the SMU website to download the application form.
• Fill out the form and attach copies of your O’ Level results.
• Submit the form to the Admissions Office on campus for processing.
