The Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has announced its POST UTME screening exercise for the 2024 academic session, and this article provides a comprehensive guide to help prospective students navigate the process.

This information is brought to you by Examguide.com following an official release of the Uniuyo post-utme screening information on the school's official website.

However, it's pertinent for candidates to note that the application form is not FREE, as the cost of purchase is #2000 naira only. Eligible candidates will have to pay the Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) through the university's portal only.

N/B: The 2000 naira is non-refundable

YES, the OOU Post UTME Form for 2024/2025 is out.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

The admission process comes in two forms, the POST UTME and Direct Entry, and as such, its eligibility criteria differ. Howbeit, we will list out the criteria for both PUTME and DE applicants.

UTME Candidates

You are eligible for the screening if you:

1. Choose OOU as your first choice of institution
2. Scored a minimum score of 160 in the 2024/2025 UTME results.
3. Have uploaded your WASCE/NECO O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS.
4. You must have a minimum of five (5) credits in your O’Level results, which can be from WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB. These credits must include English Language and Mathematics.
5. Your O’level must not exceed two (2) sittings.
6. The age requirement for admission into OOU is 16 years old in 2024

QUICK NOTICE: 

- Candidates who did not initially choose OOU but scored at least 160, can hurry now to the JAMB cap portal to make an amendment and then come back to proceed with your OOU UTME/DE registration.

- All foreign candidates or candidates with disabilities are exempted from the PUTME screening.

Direct Entry Candidates

You are eligible for the screening if you:

1. Have “A” Level, OND/HND/NCE/A’LEVEL/JUPEB results/certificate or a First Degree and have applied for Direct Entry admission through JAMB into OOU.
2. Possess a Diploma certificate from OOU and have applied for Direct Entry admission through JAMB into OOU, with credentials including O’Level results uploaded on the JAMB CAPS.
3. Hold a Diploma from another approved institution with a minimum of Upper Credit and have applied through JAMB for Direct Entry admission into OOU.

How Much is the OOU Post UTME Screening Form Fee?

The OOU Post UTME screening form is valued at a fair amount of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only, which is payable at any bank on an e-Tranzact platform only.

How to Apply for OOU Post UTME Screening Form and Payment Instruction

Follow the steps below for a successful application;

1. Visit the official OOU Post UTME portal for 2024 at https://putme.oouagoiwoye.edu.ng/apply.php
2. Click on the 2024 Post UTME registration link.
3. Provide the necessary information and establish a personal profile.
4. Generate a payment invoice.
5. Choose from the available payment options to complete the payment process.
6. Finish the registration process
7. Print out the OOU PUTME Screening Pass one week before the screening date.
