This is to remind concerned individuals that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mop-up exercise, that the examination will hold today, Saturday, June 13.
The mop-up examination is designed for candidates who were unable to participate in the main UTME due to verified reasons, including technical challenges and other circumstances approved by the Board.
JAMB advised affected candidates to reprint their examination notification slips to confirm their examination centres, dates, and times before proceeding to their designated venues.
Candidates have also been urged to arrive early at their examination centres and comply with all examination regulations. The Board warned against any form of examination malpractice, stressing that offenders would face appropriate sanctions.
The examination body further encouraged candidates to remain calm and focus on their preparations, assuring them of its commitment to conducting a smooth and credible exercise nationwide.
The mop-up examination marks the final phase of the 2026 UTME exercise and is expected to provide eligible candidates with another opportunity to participate in the admission process.
